New Aussie consumer electronics brand SMATE redefining customer service



One of the most common complaints received by Offices of Fair Trading across Australia relates to the problems consumers encounter when they purchase products online and experience problems with the products and can not get in contact with the online businesses to resolve the issues.    While purchasing online may be easy, getting in contact with some online shopping sites to resolve issues can be extremely difficult.  Many online businesses do not include contact information on their website, they only include online submit forms and many messages go unanswered.

Bhasin comes to the technological scene with a background in electronics engineering, telecommunications and management. He identified a gap in the market where there were plenty of
