Steve Wozniak, Apple's Co-founder, is a huge fan of Bitcoin but is skeptical of other cryptocurrencies and NFTs. In an interview with Business Insider, Wozniak stated that Bitcoin is the only crypto that is "pure gold mathematics". He categorically gave a nod to the calculations and technological basis of Bitcoin.

Wozniak, being in the technology sector, has always been a proponent of disruptive top-notch technological innovation and advancements. He has helped introduce the digital age of personal computing together with Apple’s founder Steve Jobs. Last summer, during a conference in technology, he supported the technical advantages of Bitcoin referring to it as "the most amazing mathematical miracle".

During the Insider interview, Wozniak stated that many people would lose their investments if they participated in other new crypto projects. The founders of these projects could not be having the best intentions at heart.

Wozniak said that there have been many cryptocurrencies on the rise since anyone can create them and they are always accompanied by a celebrity star. He further felt that the overseers of these projects could be collecting money from unsuspecting people who rush to invest at the early stages when it is worthless.

Why is Bitcoin’s mathematics pure gold according to Wozniak?

Wozniak did not clarify in the interview about his interests in Bitcoin's mathematics. However, he understands that the calculations assist in giving a technical explanation for the stability of Bitcoin similar to gold.

Investors in Bitcoin refer to the crypto as "a store of value" as compared to gold since its technological blueprint prevents counterfeiting, maintaining a fixed supply. Goldman Sachs predicted in January that Bitcoin will gradually take market share from gold benchmarking its soaring popularity.

Ken Griffin (Citadel CEO) last week confirmed that he undermined cryptocurrencies having called them a “jihadist call” on the U.S dollar. The crypto market capitalization has reached $2 trillion making Griffin’s statement untrue.

Wozniak’s crypto journey.

Wozniak is not new to cryptocurrency. He is the judge in Unicorn Hunters TV show whereby viewers can invest in new companies that compete in the program. The executives of the Unicorn Hunters reality TV show claimed that the unicorn cryptocurrency was “designed to address extreme volatility, the major problem of traditional tokens and offer its holders protection from inflation”.

Wozniak affirmed that Unicorn was allowing the masses to venture into the startup world and hoped that it would be a success. He compared Unicorn to other cryptos and stated that it is not based on "words and talks" but on investments outcomes.

In summary, investing in Bitcoin is still worth it despite its high volatility. You can join online crypto exchange platforms like xbt app ifex 360 AI for a good Bitcoin investment and you can also diversity your investments to other cryptocurrencies with the help of artificial intelligence.
